Whose credential expires next?
Keep every license, credential, and deadline in one place.
Black Watch Compliance is being built for employers that manage recurring licenses, certifications, training, insurance, and employee records. See what is current, what is due, and who needs follow-up—before a missed deadline becomes a business problem.
One workspace for every deadline
The operational problem
If compliance lives in six places, something gets missed.
Spreadsheets, inboxes, shared drives, paper files, and calendar reminders make simple questions unnecessarily difficult to answer.
Did the employee finish required training?
Where is the current insurance certificate?
Which records are missing?
Who has already been reminded?
Could we produce a complete report today?
Black Watch Compliance is being designed to give your team those answers without the search.

Ryder TroisOwner & founder, Blackwatch Investigations LLCControl access by role so your team can work within the permissions assigned to them.
The platform will track the rules and records your organization selects—not pretend every company follows one checklist.
Black Watch Compliance will organize evidence and workflows; it will not independently determine legal compliance.
