Ground rules for the website and account workspace.

Product status
Black Watch Compliance is being introduced in stages. Account and organization-workspace creation may be available while other compliance features remain in development. Descriptions, previews, timing, availability, and pricing may change. Creating an account does not by itself create a paid subscription or guarantee access to every planned feature.
Account responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, use multi-factor authentication when required, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Organization owners are responsible for deciding who may access their workspace and for the actions taken by authorized users.
No legal or regulatory advice
Black Watch Compliance is intended as organizational software. It does not perform investigations, determine legal eligibility, interpret every regulatory requirement, guarantee compliance, or replace guidance from regulators or qualified legal counsel. Each organization remains responsible for identifying and satisfying its obligations.
Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about the product, contact us, and access an organization workspace you are authorized to use. You may not attempt to access another organization’s information, evade security controls, interfere with operation, share credentials improperly, or submit unlawful or harmful information.
No commitment
Joining an early-access conversation does not guarantee acceptance into a pilot, a launch date, a particular feature, or specific pricing. Any pilot or paid service will be governed by separate written terms.
Black Watch Compliance text-message terms
By selecting the separate text-message consent box for your own mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated account and compliance reminder texts from the organization identified during enrollment through Black Watch Compliance. Messages may concern credentials, licenses, training, documents, and deadlines. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, START to resume after opting out, or HELP for help. You may also manage preferences in your authenticated account or contact contact@blackwatchinvestigations.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. See our Privacy notice.
