Terms for your Black Watch Compliance workspace.

The service

Blackwatch Investigations LLC provides Black Watch Compliance for workforce management, personnel and credential records, requirements and reminders, documents, agreements, cases, field work, reports, payments and assisted workflows. Available features depend on your organization’s access, plan and enabled services. Creating an account does not create a paid subscription.

Account responsibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, use multi-factor authentication when required, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Organization owners are responsible for deciding who may access their workspace and for the actions taken by authorized users.

No legal or regulatory advice

Black Watch Compliance is intended as organizational software. It does not perform investigations, determine legal eligibility, interpret every regulatory requirement, guarantee compliance, or replace guidance from regulators or qualified legal counsel. Each organization remains responsible for identifying and satisfying its obligations.

Permitted use

You may use the website to learn about the product, contact us, and access an organization workspace you are authorized to use. You may not attempt to access another organization’s information, evade security controls, interfere with operation, share credentials improperly, or submit unlawful or harmful information.

Subscriptions and payments

Review the plan, included access, user or usage charges, billing interval and any applicable offer before confirming a purchase. The checkout or written offer identifies the charges you authorize. Subscription and payment processing is provided through Stripe. Workspace administrators with billing permission can review available billing controls; contact us when a billing change is not available in your workspace.

Cancellation, renewal, refunds and any separate service commitments follow the terms presented with your purchase or signed agreement and applicable law. Do not assume that closing a workspace, removing a user or submitting a support request cancels a subscription or deletes retained records. Request help with cancellation or a disputed charge using the contact below.

Your organization’s records and decisions

Only upload or share information you are authorized to use. Your organization controls its users, assignments, records and recipients, and is responsible for the accuracy of its information, required notices, permissions and retention decisions. Review recipients and content before sending communications, releasing documents or requesting signatures. Payment collection and agreements between your organization and its clients remain your organization’s responsibility.

AI and communications

AI features may generate text, images, summaries or spoken responses using your requests and the workspace context available to you. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them, sharing them or applying a proposed action. Automated reminders, email, text and phone services depend on external providers; a submitted or accepted message is not a guarantee of delivery. Do not rely on the service for emergency communication.

Access, support and updates

Access may be limited by your organization’s administrator, account-security requirements, subscription status or misuse of the service. Contact us for account, billing or product support. Features and these terms may be updated; when an updated policy requires acknowledgement, you will be asked to review it before continuing into the workspace. Existing acceptance records are retained.

Black Watch Compliance text-message terms

By selecting the separate text-message consent box for your own mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated account and compliance reminder texts from the organization identified during enrollment through Black Watch Compliance. Messages may concern credentials, licenses, training, documents, and deadlines. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, START to resume after opting out, or HELP for help. You may also manage preferences in your authenticated account or contact contact@blackwatchinvestigations.com.
